Sam and the team were very friendly and accommodating from the start! Before a purchase agreement became a topic, Sam took the time to go through all the options and answered my questions. Since then, I (and everyone else in my observation) have been greeted by name. It's nice that Sam always addresses my concerns (such as budget sensitivity) as a matter of course.
